1. Spread films, waterproof sheet

HDPE waterproof sheets & membranes are produced in rolls with standard width of 2 meters, can be spread either manually or mechanically depending on the equipment and construction site. Before spreading, it is necessary to smooth the floor and clean the sharp objects such as macadam, stump etc.

- Lay membranes on the surface, bottom of the work.

- Spread membranes on the wall of work.

2. Connect films, waterproof sheet
- HDPE sheet & membrane is connected by heat welding. There are two methods of welding, that is molten heat welding and extruded welding.

- Molten heat welding is used to weld two sheets overlapping on each other, under the pressure and temperature of the welding machine to make two sheets self-melt and stick together.

- Extruded welding needs to add welding rods also made of HDPE material, used to weld at the edge or at the connection details between the HDPE membrane and the pipes passing through the membrane, waterproofing sheet.
